Usually returns are not accepted. But, if something happens to the item while shipping, and your order was damaged or broken we will gladly replace or refund it. Contact us within 10 days from the shipped date include a photo and brief description of the damage in your message. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Packages marked "Return To Sender" will NOT be processed or refunded. Items that are incorrectly shipped by us or items that you did not order but received from us will be exchanged for the items originally ordered. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order. Packages are shipped Monday - Friday. All domestic orders are sent with a Tracking and Confirmation Number. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 5 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Note: We are not responsible for the postal service mishandling, when they lose or damage a package. Once the package has left our store and received by the post office and a tracking number has been sent we are not liable for lost or damaged packages.

When it comes to payment I prefer Paypal over other methods due to it's simplicity and convenience for me and the buyer. I know right away if you have paid, and I can print a shipping label with ease and thus gain a tracking number. It is easy to care for your pieces and keep them with their original sparking color. Following steps are: 1. Do not wet the pieces. Always remove your pieces when washing hands, swimming, showering, etc. 2. Moisture dulls the original color and causes stones to lose their shine. Avoid spraying hairsprays, perfumes, or applying lotion, cleansers, or any other body products on or near the jewelry to prevent tarnish and dulling. 3. After wear, clean your jewelry with a polishing cloth and put away. To prevent tarnish, it is wise to seal them in a plastic zip lock bag when you store them.
